Don’t fear failure. Expect it.

When you fail, it is a black moment. Failing does not feel good. Nobody wants to fail. If you have audience, failing feels even worse. In sports failures are common.

Even the best athletes fail on crucial moments. The best athletes will also recover and come back as champions. Don’t fear failure. Expect it.

When failure happens:

Never regret

Never be sorry

Always learn

Always try again

Failure is not final. It is just point where you should stop, collect your learnings and then drive forward again.

failure is the best indicator that you have done something.

People that rarely fail, don’t do anything.

Successful entrepreneurs have always way forward. They do not fear failure. The great entrepreneurs can handle failures. They take steps forward and they expect that many of the steps will fail. Failure is not the problem. The strength and success are in handling of failures and how quickly you recover. You need to take small steps so that you fail fast. Pace needs to be there.

You need to take risks and failures to succeed. Nothing happens if  your company is built with overwhelming risk management and constant avoidance of failures.

The main thing between successful people and the rest is the ability to cope risks and failures. If you do not have fear of dying, you will succeed.

What a great blog, totally agree with all your sentiments. I learned a longtime ago not to consider failure as negative but as a learning experience, I look forward to reading more posts.

Great point failure is just a lesson learned I say. Pick your self back up and move on as wiser person because now you know what not to do.
