Have nothing in your CV? Try adding failures.

Princeton professor Johannes Haushofer did create CV of failures and published it on Twitter.

I’ve seen a lot of CVs and I can tell you most of them are really bad.

I previously wrote that you should prepare a story for interview (Interview is not an interrogation).

I can tell you that even listing your failures is more interesting than CVs and stories most people have.

I’ve never seen failures listed in real CVs and rarely they are told in interviews.

Everyone has a story to tell. Your story doesn’t have to be a success story. Even if you’ve tried something and failed is worth mentioning.
